Q. How do I register?

Click on the register ​button in the top navigation or on one of the site pages for individual and group bookings. Earlybird registrations close 12 midnight Friday 19 August 2016 AEST.

Q. Where do I find accommodation?

Conference delegates can take advantage of special rates at the following Hotels:

  • InterContinental Hotel Adelaide, North Terrace (adjacent)
  • Oaks Horizons, North Terrace (opposite)
Q. Can I share my registration?

Registrations can be shared with up to 2 people per day (max 4 people over 2 days). Notification of registration sharing must be made to info@ipaa2015.org.au and an administration fee of $100 is applicable per additional delegate added to the registration. You will need to hand your badge into the registration desk for the next delegate to collect prior to admittance into the conference. Security will be present checking badges and appropriate tickets.

All registered delegates will be sent information and event updates in the lead-up to the conference. Other ways to stay in touch:

Q. Where do I go on arrival?

When you arrive at the Adelaide Convention Centre, please proceed to the Registration Desk located in the foyer of the Western building. You will be given your conference lanyard and your name badge that will be required for entry to all areas of the Conference.

Q. Is there a cloakroom?

Limited cloakroom facilities are available onsite through the Adelaide Convention Centre however we recommend that you leave any luggage with your hotel concierge.

Q. What if I have dietary requirements?

If you have not already noted this during your registration please email your requirements to info@ipaa2016.org.au

Q. Will the conference sessions be available online?

All presenters will be asked to provide a summary of their presentation which will be available on the conference app. Conference recordings will not be made available. Presenters will be asked to provide their PowerPoint slides for distribution post event, but this is at the presenters’ discretion.

Q. Where is the conference dinner being held?

The conference dinner will be held on Thursday evening 20 October 2016 at the Adelaide Convention Centre. The dress code is cocktail.

Q. Have I registered for the conference dinner?

As part of your conference registration you were required to select whether or not you would be attending the dinner. If you are unsure of your selection, please check your conference registration confirmation email.

Q. Can I purchase additional tickets for the conference dinner?

Yes. Additional tickets can be purchased by logging back into your conference registration by following the links in your confirmation email.

Q. Can I cancel my registration?

All cancellations and/or amendments must be made in writing to ipaa2016.registration@mci-group.com. A substitute delegate may attend in your place by prior arrangement where deemed appropriate subject to a $33 processing fee. However, if a member wishes to substitute a non-member in their place the full fee will be payable. Note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are responsible for payment.

Cancellations received on or before 19 September 2016 will be refunded in full, less 25% of the fee to cover administration costs. No registration refunds will be made after this date.

Q. Can I register on the day?

Yes, registrations will be accepted onsite at the conference.
